Jennifer Hudson Back to High Heels

Since being named Weight Watchers’ celebrity spokeswoman in 2010, Jennifer Hudson lost an impressive 80-plus pounds.

When asked recently what she could not wear before her weight loss, Hudson said: “Heels. I was just having a conversation about it. Normally, I would take my shoes off on the red carpet because my feet hurt so bad.”

“And it was the weight. But now that’s all I’m wearing. It used to be flats, now it’s all heels. So, that’s a drastic change.”

Restaurant Requires Women to Wear High Heels

A ’20s-inspired Riverside, California bar and restaurant called ProAbition recently caused controversy after posting a dress code that required women to wear high heels.

An advertisement for the bar read: “Ladies: No flat shoes or sandals. Must have heels. Exception will be made if injured.” They’ve since rescinded the rule, after receiving Facebook comments that called them “sexist,” and wonder “‘if injured’ does one need a doctor’s note.”
